Maldives Trip

This was my 2nd trip with Smiling Trips & I must say the Trip was well organized by the team. Everything was taken care as per the request. I went for the Maldives with my Husband for the Birthday celebration. Property which was suggested by the agent was marvelous & I lived all the moments as I ever dreamt of. During the trip, the agent was very much concerned & took the update time to time. This thing is highly appreciated that during the trip Ms. Vasundhara took the feedback & take care of each & everything personally & In in between I did a video call to her to show the beauty of Maldives. Singapore Trip

Our experience at Singapore planned together with Smiling Trip was most memorable trip. Everything was planned well in advance and was very well coordinated. The representative in Singapore were also very helpful and were good in English speaking. The places we visited were just awesome and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel Aqueen Lavender. The break fast at hotel was very good. The only problem in hotel was the washroom was very small. Our pick up and drop for airport was also smooth.
We would like to thank everyone for arranging such and awesome trip. Will definitely recommended Smiling Trip to everyone for great trip packages. Lastly would like to thank Ms. Vasundhara from Smiling trip for solving all our queries and providing us all the details of trip in advance.

I and my family had wonderful trip of Singapore and Malaysia last week. we have really enjoyed the entire trip. I would like to share my feedback.
You have made end to end booking of flight tickets, hotel booking , tickets for attractions. Visa for Singapore and Malaysia and interacting with your counterpart at Singapore and Malaysia.
You were very responsive and took bottom line of completing the each and entire activity. When our flight was delayed by 3 hours at Chennai , you co-ordinated with Singapore team and ensured we got Airport transfer there and arranged the local tour. You did wonderful job. For area of improvement , I would suggest (Supplier) can be more proactive.

Malaysia Family Trip

My sincere thanks to Ankit from smiling trip to make this trip as the most memorable trip for my family. I am a mother of a 13 year old boy and need everything perfect when I travel. any trouble to my kid makes me angry and unhappy. Before booking the trip Ankit had promised that he will be available 24x7 for my queries and he kept his word. he helped me in every way possible whenever we stuck. my hotels, my travel, my day plans were as perfect as I expected. I did face some issues with local agent due to their attitude but Ankit took care of that from India and I got good service everywhere I go. I never thought that I will love every bit of my Malaysia trip. Thanks to my travel agent and planner.

The memories which I will cherish are cruise dinner in langawi experiencing the beautiful sunset. The Vivacious Genting and the ever happening night life of KL. Delicious Street food, street performances, Happening pubs and Hilton hotel rooftop lounge with the view of twin tower and KL tower in one frame.

I booked my trip with SMILING TRIPS to DUBAI & ABU DHABI(26th dec2018 - 8th jan2019) for almost 2weeks with my family including my 1year old kid. All my queries ,on & off changes and my priorities were very well taken care of by them (VASUNDHARA).The moment i came out of the Dubai Airport and met their agent ,i realised i was in good hands.they provided me with best of d transport including an infant seat in d car. Regarding the hotels, sites and the tour in Abu dhabi n Dubai,me and my family had d best time ever on this trip .The 4star hotels both places which were recommended by VASUNDHARA (SMILING TRIPS)were more than excellent and super super clean and fast services,hotel staff specially in GRAND CENTRAL DUBAI hotel was very helpful and kind and always smiling.. I was taken to all d beautiful sites i wanted to see in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with very helpful guides and skilled drivers and everything went very smooth.They took care of my family specially my little one keeping in and out his pram and baby bag even when i was with other group of people. Leh Honeymoon Trip

I would like to thank Smiling Trips for an awesome honeymoon trip we had to Leh. We enjoyed each and every place these people have planned in the itinerary. Starting from the driver to the boy at the hotel, everyone are helpful and very good. The accommodation provided was very good and neat. The driver helped us in every aspect. The food at the hotel had all the cuisines which fits everyone from different places. Good accommodation, driver/Guide. The driver took us all around Kargil, Leh, Nubra, Pangong on the toughest and deadliest roads without even making us feel so! Thank you very much for excellent trip to dubai on our 10th Anniversary. I must say Smiling Trips is not only tour operator but great care taker and very honest people. The moment from booking process till whole tour execution was totally hassle free. Renu is very loving person, a great caretaker as well and very much aware with dubai. Ascot Hotel upgraded all our rooms to Grandeur Suits which was added benefit. Renu provide shopping assistance also. Many places she arranged private transfers free of charge. Our trip to Thailand was really memorable. We were 7 , all boys and we all had a blast. Thanks to Varun our agent from Smiling Trips Who was very cooperative and used to respond very quickly and A big Thanks Mr Dharun Sharma for making it a memorable experience for all of us. The trip was awesome. Couldn't have been better. Our hotels were superb with best views and location. Being close to Walking street and easy accessible it was really awesome. Our Welcome at the Bangkok Airport by Russian tour guide was good surprise for us. The best thing was our stay in 5 BHK Villa on sea in Phuket with Butler service & Indian food. Mr Rob their partner in pattaya was really very helpful and arrange everything we asked for.
I would definitely recommend it to my friends and also for myself for my next trip. Thanks for giving us all the good memories.

I had booked 10 days tour for Rajasthan. Me & my husband both are very happy with the service provided by Smiling Trips. Hotel at all the locations were centrally located and very beautiful. For sightseeing and traveling we were provided with very well maintained car (etios), Smiling Trips ensured that we had comfortable long journeys. Driver Ram Singh was very professional, he had good knowledge about the local sightseeing places which helped us a lot. He was very friendly. He suggested good places for lunch dinner as well as shopping. Mr. Varun was just a call away for any issue or help. He was always in touch to ensure that our trip is going on smoothly. Thanks to Vasundhara of Smiling Trips for our planning and making our Singapore and Malaysia trip a memorable one. Everything was as planned. No deviation in the schedule. Vasundhara was always there for all the queries and doubts. In Malaysia tourists have to pay 10 Ringgits per room per night which is not included in the package. We were not aware of it may be due to oversight. So people planning to Malaysia make a note of it. Overall it was a good experience with Vasundhara and Smiling Trips. Looking forward for more trips.
